Measuring lift
The Casefork Lift tab is read-only. Assign permission set Casefork_Manager to open it. Anyone else sees nothing. The tab reads Casefork_Decision__c for a date range and shows counts only. It does not show Case text. The default range is the last 30 days.
- Total is the number of decision rows in the range.
- Applied is how many of those rows have source
routed. Casefork assigned that Case to a queue because the choice cleared the org’s confidence floor. - Sent to Review is how many have source
review. - Corrected is how many applied rows a person later moved to a different queue.
- Accuracy is the applied rows that were not corrected, divided by the applied rows. It is blank when nothing was applied.
- Coverage is applied divided by total. It is blank when the range has no decisions.
- Floor is this org’s current confidence floor. The packaged default is 0.80.
- Baseline is the share of Cases created in that same range whose first queue owner and final queue owner are the same queue, read from Case owner history. When owner history is not available, baseline is blank and the tab says so. Casefork does not fill in a guess.
- Lift is accuracy minus baseline. It is blank when either number is blank.
The kill line is a lift of at least 15 points at floor 0.80. Fifteen points is 0.15 on this scale.
The screen flow Casefork Export Decisions ships inactive. Only permission set Casefork_Manager can run it.
